Most grooms take a couple of hours, depending on your dog's size, coat, and the services you choose. We never rush, because a calm, careful pace keeps your dog relaxed and comfortable from drop off to pick up.

Payment & Pricing Questions
We accept all major credit and debit cards as well as cash. Payment is due at the time of your pet's grooming appointment. If you have any questions about payment, just give us a call at (772) 621-7005.
For most standard grooming appointments, no deposit is needed. For larger pets or specialty services, we may ask for a deposit to hold your spot, and we will always let you know up front when you book.
Grooming prices depend on your pet's size, breed, coat condition, and the services you choose. We are happy to give you a clear estimate before we begin so there are no surprises at checkout.

Heavily matted coats take extra time and gentle care, so they may carry a small added fee. Your pet's comfort always comes first, and we will talk you through the kindest option before doing any extra work.
